Newcastle Permanent Carols in the Park
Where: Cessnock
When: From 4:30pm
Bring the family down to Cessnock for a lovely night in the beautiful Hunter Valley. Sing along with a host of entertainers, shop at the markets and be sure to stay for the firework spectacular! Carols commence at 6:30pm.

Santa’s Christmas Spectacular
Where: Civic Theatre
When: 1:00pm & 4:00pm
Get a glimpse of Santa’s workshop and be thrilled by the amazing acrobatic cast! Will those mischievous elves finish the toys on time? Be sure to catch the show!

Newcastle Permanent Carols by Candlelight
Where: Speers Point Park, Lake Macquarie
When: From Midday
Experience Lake Macquarie and the Hunter’s largest Carols by Candlelight! Commencing at 6:00pm, following a festive day of family-friendly activities in the park from midday.

Newcastle Herald Newcastle Permanent Carols by Candlelight
Where: King Edward Park
When: 5:30pm
With more than 15,000 people set to attend this event this season, this is sure to be a hit! Packed full of performances by very talented local artists, everyone will enjoy themselves. Carols will commence around 7:00pm, so be sure to get in early and take advantage of the free parking in King Street Car Park, with a free shuttle service!
