Oxygen Pilates – Zumba and Pilates

Being a new mum is a big change to your lifestyle, but take your bundle of joy along to a Integrated MMA’s Mums & Bubs fitness sessions and discover how easy it is! The friendly team focus on post natal exercises, as well as strength and conditioning to help you feel great about yourself. Here’s some of the details below:

Location: 4/18 Main Dr, Bokarina, Sunshine Coast QLD

Current times: Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays at 10:00am.

Sessions: 45 minutes

Simon Says Personal Training – Mums & Bubs Group Fitness


Suited to mums and dads of all fitness levels, join the gang at Lions Park, Coolum Beach for an hour of family-friendly fun! Bring your little one and enjoy the sunshine while getting your fitness fix! Simon Says Personal Training’s Mums & Bubs classes are able to accommodate to you and your child’s needs, here’s all the info you need to know:

Current times: Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 8:00am.

Cost: $10 per person. Sessions are 1 hour.
