Located at Kiels Mountain, Amytis Gardens features a cooking school surrounded by the tranquility of nature. All classes are extremely hands-on with individual attention from the Head Chef while you create your dishes. The main source of inspiration for the cuisines created in these classes comes from Thailand as well as subtle influences from Japan, Malaysia and China to highlight certain dishes. You are in good hands with Head Chef Matthew Conroy who has travelled the world, working in 5 star European restaurants. His love for the freshness of Thai food has led him to share his cooking techniques at Amytis Gardens. If you have brought your entire family along then get your kids involved in the regular Kids Can Cook classes and watch them join in on the fun.
