2) Chicken fillet burger – The Chook Shed
The sheer number of people who rave about the chicken burgers at The Chook Shed should be enough to convince you to try a bite for yourself. At the top of these recommendations is the chicken fillet burger – freshly cooked chicken breast, avocado, pineapple, cheese, lettuce, tomato and topped with mayo on a soft bun. Combined, these ingredients create one of the best bites to eat in Darwin.
The Chook Shed also serves up other delicious stacks including a beef, steak, lamb and fish burger. If you want to stick to chicken, try the chicken BLT (a chicken burger with bacon, lettuce, tomato and mayo), or try the veggie burger if you’re steering clear of meat.
