The Quarters is a buzzing little restaurant and espresso bar, specialising in strong coffee and sweet treats. Enjoy a mug of Merlo blend coffee to wake you up in this alfresco dining venue, or up the ante with a ‘Wake the Dead’ iced coffee (a bottle of iced coffee so strong it equates to about ten cups of regular espresso). What’s better beside your coffee than a morsel of sweet goodness? If you’re gluten intolerant, indulge in their apricot fig and buttermilk gluten-free biscuits served with toasted marshmallows on top. If this isn’t quite to your taste, try a slice of traditional Turkish baklava made from pastry, chopped nuts and drizzled with honey, or a Portuguese custard tart to replace your regular breakfast. The unique desserts at The Quarters will keep those sweet cravings at bay and you’ll be able to get your morning cuppa to wash it all down.
