There’s nothing better at a party than the food. Why not go to a whole new level with the food you serve at your next event and try on of these tasty dishes?

Crunchy Crostini

All you need for this delicious party food is a fresh baguette, some crushed garlic and whatever toppings you’d like to add. Thinly slice the bread and toast until golden, before rubbing with the garlic and marinading with goodies.
Top tip: Goat’s cheese, olives and artichokes make great topping choices!

Homemade Hummus

Forget shop-bought hummus—this fresh and fragrant dish is super easy to make, at a fraction of the price. In a bowl, blend a can of drained chickpeas with 1 large, crushed garlic clove, ½ teaspoon of paprika, ½ teaspoon of cumin, 1 teaspoon of water and lemon juice to taste. If the mixture seems a little too thick, add a bit more water to loosen. Serve with vegetable sticks or pitta chips.

Mini Pizzas

Popular as both savoury and sweet nibbles, mini pizzas are simple to make and oh-so-delicious! Rustle up your dough (or purchase a premade base), before cutting into miniature shapes—you can even get creative with festive shapes! Keep it simple with your favourite savoury toppings, or go all out with a sweet, chocolate base.

Gourmet Guacamole

Much like the homemade hummus, this gourmet guacamole is easy to make and tastes delicious. Finely chop 1 large tomato and add to a bowl, with 1 smashed avocado, 1 large, crushed garlic clove and the juice of ½ a lemon. Mix together, with salt and pepper to taste, before serving with crackers, flatbread or chips.

Marinated Mozzarella

To achieve the perfect marinated mozzarella, combine olive oil, red-pepper flakes, salt and pepper in a bowl. Dip your mozzarella into the concoction, before placing to the side for 15 minutes. This dish perfectly complements a side of olives, flat breads and cured meats. For the ultimate finger food, marinade mozzarella balls and place on cocktail stick!
Top tip: This awesome concoction can also be used with feta and grilled haloumi!
