How To Get There & Parking

Driving & Parking: The Newcastle Entertainment Centre in Broadmeadow is about a 2 hours drive from Sydney. On-site parking is available from as little as $4.00 – $8.00.
Public Transport: The Broadmeadow train station is only a 3 minute walk to the venue. If a bus is more to your liking you can check online.


Tickets

Tickets can be purchased by visiting the Newcastle Food & Wine Expo page on eventbrite.com.au.
Ticket information:

  • Children under 14 years of age are free (with a paying guardian)
  • Wine tasting glasses are also available so you can truly experience all that is on offer
  • Buy a 3 day pass and get unlimited entry at a discounted price! For a 1 day general admission ticket, click here.

What To Do

If you love cooking shows, such as Masterchef and My Kitchen Rules, you may enjoy the free cooking demonstrations by the following Aussie talent:
Ben Milbourne: after appearing on Masterchef in 2012, Ben Milbourne produced 2 cookbooks and now hosts his own TV show on Channel 10, called ‘Ben’s Menu’. You can enjoy a 6-course degustion menu while learning cooking tips with the man himself.
Carly and Tresne: this bubbly duo graced our screens on My Kitchen Rules in 2014, where they captured the hearts of many. Don’t miss their cooking class at booth #42.
Courtney Roulston: rising to fame on Masterchef in 2010, Courtney now operates her own catering company and is an ambassador for Coles. Visit the main stage to learn a thing or two from Courtney.
Damien Philips: local talent, Damien Philips is the Chef de Partie at the Crowne Plaza Newcastle’s award-winning restaurant, Seasalt. Check out the main stage to see Damien whip up a kiwifruit semifreddo with white chocolate praline, coconut tuille.
