If you love cooking shows, such as Masterchef and My Kitchen Rules, you may enjoy the free cooking demonstrations by the following Aussie talent:

Ben Milbourne: after appearing on Masterchef in 2012, Ben Milbourne produced 2 cookbooks and now hosts his own TV show on Channel 10, called ‘Ben’s Menu’. You can enjoy a 6-course degustion menu while learning cooking tips with the man himself. Bookings are required.

Carly and Tresne: this bubbly duo graced our screens on My Kitchen Rules in 2014, where they captured the hearts of many. Don’t miss their cooking class at booth #42.

Courtney Roulston: rising to fame on Masterchef in 2010, Courtney now operates her own catering company and is an ambassador for Coles. Visit the main stage to learn a thing or two from Courtney.

Damien Philips: local talent, Damien Philips is the Chef de Partie at the Crowne Plaza Newcastle’s award-winning restaurant, Seasalt. Check out the main stage to see Damien whip up a kiwifruit semifreddo with white chocolate praline, coconut tuille.
