The ultimate hot chocolate recipe

Ingredients:

– 600ml of full cream milk
– 2 – 3 tablespoons of finest quality drinking chocolate
– A scattering of white and pink marshmallows
– High quality whipping cream

Method:

Place the milk into a medium heated pan. Once the milk is simmering – not boiling – add in the quality drinking chocolate and stir. When the powder has fully dissolved into the milk, serve into mugs. Pop a generous amount of marshmallows into the mug and complete with whipping cream. Sit back, relax and indulge.
