First up we have Salty’s Bar and Grill; this wonderful location offers customers the complete nautical package, not only home to fantastic views of the water but also one of the best menus in town. If you love seafood you’re going to be over the moon when you step foot in Salty’s Bar and Grill. Located on the Hastings River, take a seat in this modern and friendly bar and grill as you feast your eyes upon their seafood infused menu.
To start, we recommend ordering half a dozen Kilpatrick oysters to enjoy over a crisp glass of white wine before tucking into a delicious main. Our favourite on the menu has to be the seafood feast that includes beer battered flathead tails, tiger prawn skewers, natural oysters and lightly dusted squid with a side of chips, salad and tartare sauce. If this sounds all a bit too much for you, opt for the grilled fish of the day that is sought locally and freshly cooked.
