Looking for a new favourite hangout for both yourself and your furry friend? We suggest checking out these awesome off-leash dog areas across the Fraser Coast! Just remember, although these are all off-lead areas, be sure to always keep an eye on your pup—and come prepared with doggy bags!

Toogoom Foreshore

From splashing around in the ocean, to digging holes in the sand, if for your pup nothing beats a bit of beach action, be sure to talk them along Toogoom foreshore! This area is a 24-hour off-lead area and can be accessed from the pathway between 54 and 56 Shellcot Street to Ries Road.

Scarness Park

Give your pup a good stretch at Scarness Park! Open 24 hours, make use of the luscious grounds by playing fetch with your furry best friend, before retreating to the water tap for a well-earned drink! There is also a dog bag dispenser if you get caught unprepared!

Dundowran Beach – Point Vernon Foreshore
