When leftovers just won’t cut it in Rocky!

Are you guilty of ‘dropping’ that piece of bacon on the ground for your pooch to eat? Have you’ve spoiled your pup so much they’re not interested in anything short of the best? If you’re constantly feeding your dog leftovers, you could be doing them more harm than good. Dogs process food differently to humans, and fatty foods (like bacon) can be detrimental to their health. This is why we’ve found some easy doggy treat recipes to keep your dog healthy and happy! These recipes require minimal effort and your dog is sure to love them.

While some foods are edible for us, to dogs they can be hazardous. When making dog treats, keep in mind the ingredients you should always avoid:

  • Chocolate
  • Coffee
  • Fat trimmings
  • Grapes and raisins
  • Macadamia nuts

Now for the fun stuff! Read on for some great DIY dog treat ideas.
