Whether you’re just passing through for a few hours or staying overnight, there is a surprising amount of things to see and do in Pine Creek. If you’re especially interested in the town’s history, head over to the Pine Creek Railway Station Museum, which was built in 1888.
If you’d like something to do to stretch your legs, walk over to the water gardens that are located in the centre of town. Home to varied birdlife, it is a tranquil and beautiful spot to rest and have a picnic. For those looking for a much longer walk, head to Lake Copperfield, which is 6km southwest of Pine Creek. Otherwise, there is plenty of parking there for cars, caravans and buses.
