Choosing what meal you’re going to be indulging in before the big event is always important. Whether you’re someone who needs a coffee’s pre-workout powers before a day of exercise or you prefer to steer clear of liquids altogether and head straight for a wholesome breakfast, stopping in at Barlissimo will be the perfect preparation before the day one summit climb. The organic coffee from this cafe is locally sourced and goes perfectly with the Barlissimo Big Breakfast. However, the Ravenous Athletes Muesli would probably be a more suitable option for those who want to feel a bit lighter before they compete.

Okay so you’re sore as hell and just need a place to collapse and recover over a nice carbo-loaded Indian dish from Mango Tree Cafe and Restaurant. There’s not a dish served at this restaurant that isn’t delicious, but unfortunately you can’t order them all, so we suggest to order either the methi Malai chicken, Bombay beef or tandoori jumbo prawns.
