Don’t head to the festival with an empty tank; fill up with some delicious food! The Spirited Goat is a quirky café owned by a local couple with a love of awesome coffee and good food. Get your caffeine hit here with a smooth latte, and then pick something off their all day breakfast menu before heading to Groovin the Moo. You can try their cheese kransky breakfast on turkish bread with egg, spinach and barbecue sauce or go for something simple and tasty like the toasted granola with yoghurt and berry and apple compote. If you’re still feeling hungry and want something to take with you on the two minute trip to the Murray Sporting Complex, grab a fresh juice or one of their filling smoothies. We recommend the chocolate, peanut butter and banana smoothie to get your sugar hit for the day and keep you mooving. This is the perfect pitstop pre-festival to make sure you don’t get the midday rumbles!
