Keep in mind that although they may smell amazing, the following treatments are to go on your hair and not in your mouth!

Aloe vera & yoghurt

For a mask that will leave your hair glowing, try this amazing concoction. Made out of aloe vera and argan oil, this mix can even be used on your skin!
Ingredients:
– 3 tablespoons of aloe vera gel
– 2 tablespoons of natural yoghurt
– 2 tablespoons of olive oil
Method:
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and apply to your hair, from the ends to roots. Massage into your scalp, and leave for 30 minutes before washing with your regular shampoo. Repeat as often as you’d like!

Banana and honey

This unique smoothie blend is the perfect concoction for dry and damaged hair. Apply twice a week for amazing and moisturised locks!
Ingredients:
– 1 banana
– 1 egg
– 3 tablespoons of almond milk
– 3 tablespoons of honey
– 5 tablespoons of olive oil
Method:
Mix all ingredients together until fully combined. Apply to your hair and leave on for at least 15 minutes before washing out with your usual hair products.

Coconut oil

Coconut oil is a great natural conditioner that moisturises your hair and scalp, leaving it silky and smooth. To add further benefits to this mask, you may wish to add a few drops of your favourite essential oil!
Ingredients:
– 5-7 drops of rosemary essential oil (if desired)
– 3-5 tablespoons of warm coconut oil
Method:
Mix the oils together and massage onto dry hair, starting at the tips and working into the roots. Leave in for at least 30 minutes before washing thoroughly.
